Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager of Consumer Engagement, you will be responsible for crafting and executing consumer engagement strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo in North America. You will oversee lifecycle marketing strategies, develop programs to build brand awareness, and manage budgets to drive increased engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Build and drive consumer engagement strategy focused on expanding Influencer and PR channels.
  • Lead long-term strategic planning to fuel growth of key categories.
  • Define annual strategic priorities, develop budgets, and allocate resources across influencer marketing, content creation, and PR.
  • Oversee global earned media strategy and cultivate strong relationships with agents and talent.
  • Shape content strategy by identifying influencer- and creator-led content.
  • Provide competitive landscape reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and manage annual budgets for influencers, content creation, and PR.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports while overseeing all engagement programs.
  • Drive development of locally relevant brand content in partnership with Global HQ.
  • Lead PR and Influencer activations and design PR/consumer events.
  • Track and analyze earned media KPIs and provide insights to optimize strategy.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Consumer Engagement Assistant Manager.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related experience with exposure to the U.S. market.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong consumer marketing background with expertise in earned media and social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze influencer campaigns and translate insights into marketing decisions.
  • Superior collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with a balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with creative and innovative thinking.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Passion for the beauty industry.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
