Senior Manager Data Analytics

Summary

The Senior Manager of Data Analytics leads a team developing dashboards, reporting, and insights across Marketing, Digital, and Customer functions. This role partners with technical and business teams to integrate advanced analytics and translate complex findings into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and mentor data analysts across Digital, Marketing, Customer, and DEI functions.
• Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Technology, and business teams to integrate analytics, statistics, and machine learning outputs into dashboards and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver insights that support strategic business needs.
• Define data requirements, evaluate data quality, and extract and manipulate data in big data environments.
• Create interactive visualizations and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Strong understanding of analytical and statistical methods, with extensive SQL and Python experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, real-time and batch processing, instrumentation, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
