Responsibilities- Cultivate and implement marketing strategy for High Jewelry collections in line with global and local business directions.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing team on all marketing aspects and business topics.
- Orchestrate 360 product strategy adapted to local context in collaboration with regional departments.
- Plan international and local launch activations, support events and animations with product selection and training.
- Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts to host trainings and support sales.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of strategic plans.
- Provide sales, market, and trend analysis to help direct and develop local strategies.
- Partner with Retail and Supply chain to create and maintain budget and LE projections.
- Ensure unique and rare stock is leveraged to maximize client opportunities and sales potential.
- Manage the High Jewelry Marketing team T&E budget.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of marketing and merchandising experience in a high jewelry/luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively multi-task, and think strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage product strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team of product experts.
