Senior Project Leader, RH Contract

Summary

The Senior Project Leader supports strategic RH Contract customers in partnership with the Sales Team. This role manages complex projects from quoting and order planning through fulfillment, post-delivery, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for strategic customers and partner with Business Development Leaders.
• Coordinate quoting, order placement, product selection, fulfillment planning, and payment processes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead project status reviews and develop accurate project plans for internal teams and customers.
• Identify and resolve project issues, provide sales forecasts, and document key communications in the CRM system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project leadership, procurement, or operations experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential segments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, collaboration, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and forecasting.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to respond to urgent customer escalations.
