Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service in the Miami Design District boutique. Supports store management with daily operations including opening and closing procedures, shipping and receiving, inventory maintenance, and client relationship building to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service and build client relationships.
- Support Store Management with daily operations and operating procedures.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Develop and execute weekly sales plans and strategies to exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain visual standards and general maintenance of the selling floor.
- Handle customer repairs from intake to completion.
- Advise clients on product fit and suitability based on needs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Complete projects assigned by the General Manager and Associate Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record in clienteling and specialty retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
- Strong multitasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities.
- Positive outgoing personality with entrepreneurial and sales focus.
