Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the outlet location. Role focuses on clientelling, meeting sales and data capture targets, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to team training and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences and act as a brand ambassador
- Meet and exceed sales goals daily, monthly, and yearly
- Capture client data and maintain client relationships through after sales service
- Support daily retail operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
- Maintain seamless inventory operations and process returns and exchanges
- Open and close consignments and assist with inventory tasks
- Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Coach and train sales team members and support in generating new client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of retail experience
- Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to maintain daily responsibilities
- Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong presence
