Service Experience Rep - The Village At Corte Madera

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service and support across customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and order pickup. Build strong customer and team relationships while contributing to an accurate, secure, and positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and own service interactions, including returns, exchanges, and order or pickup inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Support inventory accuracy, protect customer information, and promote loyalty programs and services.
• Build team relationships and train new employees on POS and register procedures.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability for varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
