Job Description

Summary

As a Specialist in Account Development at Chanel, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales goals and developing partner relationships within the Commercial Development Team. You will support the execution of activations and identify new business opportunities, collaborating across teams to contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Recognize and support synergies among retailer account groupings.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align with marketing and planning teams.
  • Assist in developing new business initiatives and provide proposals and analysis for future recommendations.
  • Interact and negotiate with external partners.
  • Support leadership and contribute to team development.
  • Solve problems with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Operate with agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis expertise.
  • Strong partner relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of both the in-store and online retail landscape.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and develop solutions for continued growth.
  • Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
