- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office; work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Capability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts and travel.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
