Stock Controller

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports stock associates, and maintains product availability and accuracy across back of house and front of house.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Direct staff for store inventories and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update UPT as needed
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back of house procedures
• Provide customer service regarding repairs and return of merchandise
• Ensure stock product is maintained to operations guidelines
• Adhere to company operational policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven experience in inventory management and availability reporting
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work varied hours including overtime on short notice
• Ability to move and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Authorized to work in the country of employment and 18 years or older
