Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor ensures store preparedness by managing receiving, organizing stock, and supporting store operations and allocation teams. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with stock systems and RFID to maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and execute shipment processing to floor ready standards
• Manage inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems
• Maintain supply management to prevent overage and support budget adherence
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom
• Provide on the job training and supervise daily activities of the Sales Support Team
• Collaborate with store management to optimize stockroom layout
• Ensure compliance with store policies and meet store process dashboard expectations
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented with ability to supervise staff
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with RFID and stock management systems
• Close attention to detail and strong time management skills
