Store Director - Beverly Hills

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team at Loro Piana in Beverly Hills. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, enhance sales performance, and manage a successful team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our clients. Your leadership will contribute to the success of key business initiatives while upholding company standards.

• Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
• Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client opportunities.
• Delegate tasks to department managers in a high volume environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC initiatives.
• Maintain communication with the store team and retail leaders to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
• Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify areas of potential sales growth.
• Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee a successful store team.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Participate in the scouting and selection of new team members.
• Create career development plans for team members.
• Supervise strategic scheduling and daily operations such as visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Oversee the After Sales process and flow, including alterations and repairs.
• Manage store expenses related to profit and loss.
• Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.
• Oversee proper execution of internal procedures and operational activities.
• Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate guidelines.
• Manage stockroom operations to ensure inventory alignment with sales potential.

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
