- Oversee the After Sales process and flow, including alterations and repairs.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.
- Oversee proper execution of internal procedures and operational activities.
- Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate guidelines.
- Manage stockroom operations to ensure inventory alignment with sales potential.
Requirements- 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
