Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability to meet or exceed store targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store leadership and sales staff.
• Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Ensure visual merchandising, stock management, and loss-prevention practices are followed.
• Plan and execute in-store events and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrated store management success.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze sales metrics, and implement action plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
