Store Director - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Store Director, Soho Flagship is the strategic and cultural leader of Moncler’s flagship boutique in SoHo, accountable for commercial performance, exceptional client experience, operational excellence, and team development. This role drives store-specific business strategies, models best-in-class execution as a training environment for the network, and represents the brand within the local and international luxury community. The Store Director partners with regional and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, merchandising, events, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and client development objectives.
• Develop and execute store business strategies and analyze KPIs, inventory, and traffic to drive results.
• Champion luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM capture, and resolve escalated client situations.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop store leadership and staff; establish the flagship as a training environment.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance.
• Partner with merchandising, visual, operations, and HR to support product launches, events, and regional priorities.
• Represent the brand in the SoHo community and lead team meetings that reinforce priorities and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading a flagship or high-volume luxury retail store.
• Strong executive leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Proven commercial and strategic acumen with experience analyzing KPIs and inventory performance.
• Deep expertise in luxury client experience, CRM, POS, and retail technology systems.
