Summary
The Store Director will lead and develop a Tiffany store to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role partners with the Market Vice President to build a high performing, service oriented team and drive business through client development and product leadership. The director models company values and ensures operational excellence across sales, service and talent functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and operations to achieve monthly quarterly and annual store sales plans.
- Drive client development activity and personally manage key client relationships.
- Coach and mentor managers and staff to elevate in store service and sales performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Tiffany Experience and manage Guest Experience metrics.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable client moments.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to recruit hire and retain top talent.
- Assess team capabilities and implement development and performance management plans.
- Network and recruit to build a diverse pipeline of multilingual highly skilled candidates.
- Support store operations including POS and client tracking system usage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including days nights weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships in market.
- Willingness to perform various roles on the sales floor and in operations as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred and Gemological Institute of America coursework is a plus.
