Responsibilities
- Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to optimize business opportunities.
- Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and client development.
- Manage and coach the store team with regular meetings and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with HR on recruiting and develop career plans for team members.
- Oversee inventory management including cycle counts and stockroom operations.
- Manage after sales processes such as alterations and repairs.
- Control store expenses and support profit and loss management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.
- Maintain alignment of visual merchandising with corporate guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing a high volume store and driving results.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
