Responsibilities
- Drive personal client portfolio development and client repurchase rates.
- Lead sales floor management to maximize business opportunities and cross selling.
- Recruit, build, and motivate high performing store teams.
- Coach and develop staff and implement succession plans.
- Provide performance data and industry insights to Retail Director and Regional Vice President.
- Develop and implement strategies leveraging visual merchandising and clienteling.
- Ensure delivery of the highest level of client experience and brand standards.
- Manage team animations and training to enhance product knowledge and sell through.
