As a Store Manager at our Miami Design District Boutique, you will be responsible for managing and operating the store, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, and maintaining the brand's integrity and image. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including client service, inventory control, and staff management.

• Achieve store sales goals and control expenses.
• Ensure exemplary client service through staff monitoring and coaching.
• Manage stock fill-in and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
• Oversee store maintenance, housekeeping, and organization.
• Make confident and knowledgeable decisions for smooth store operations.
• Conduct inventory control and effective staff management.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, dedicating 25% of time to training.
• Create a high-morale environment with team activities and benefits.
• Ensure adequate coverage through scheduling and conduct weekly meetings.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and corporate office.

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience in a luxury environment.
