Manage and operate a single boutique to achieve sales plans while maintaining brand integrity and store presentation. Oversee store operations including inventory control, expense management, staffing, training, and client service to maximize productivity and sales results.
Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales goals and recommend strategies to meet targets
- Control store expenses and oversee inventory management
- Ensure high levels of client service through coaching and staff development
- Oversee merchandise presentation and maintain store visual standards
- Recruit, train and develop staff with measurable development plans
- Create positive team morale through activities and communication
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and managerial presence
- Conduct regular store meetings and daily sales reviews
- Make confident operational decisions and communicate with corporate and clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably luxury
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to assess priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative and proactive attitude
- Experience in coaching and staff development
- Knowledge of store systems, processes and inventory control
