Store Manager - South Coast Plaza

• Ensure the store achieves expense budgets through monitoring and controlling expenses.
• Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training associates.
• Foster an inspiring environment for engagement and learning.
• Ensure staff are trained in customer service standards for a stellar customer experience.
• Lead and follow up on clientele program, developing long-term clients.
• Maximize efficiency and protect business integrity by applying store operation policies.
• Manage store head count and payroll budgets effectively.
• Ensure accuracy in all POS transactions and adherence to banking policies.
• Conduct analysis of business and product reports to react to changes.
• Partner with visual associate to manage merchandising for maximized sales.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented organization preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail leadership experience in luxury market.
• Financial management experience.
• 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Experience in luxury/high-end clienteling environment.
