- Drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management.
- Conduct business analysis and develop action plans with the Regional Director.
- Execute company strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures flawlessly in-store.
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor and engage with top clients.
- Lead the team in establishing client relationships and proposing local events.
- Coach store staff to comply with company initiatives and ensure execution of deliverables.
- Develop team members and manage employee performance for growth and engagement.
- Recruit and hire high-caliber talent, building a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new hires.
- Partner with Regional Director and HR Director for employee relations issues.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
- Oversee in-store after-sales operations and consignment program.
- Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels through communication with business departments.
- Train associates on current product knowledge and brand strategy.
- Respond to the competitive environment and identify future opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of Retail Management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
- Results-driven and customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Ability to stand and walk for a majority of a 40-hour workweek.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM & Inventory Management systems.
