Summary
Lead the daily operations of the Woodburn store, overseeing team performance, merchandising, sales results, loss prevention, and visual presentation. Report to the Regional Manager and drive a clienteling culture to deliver inclusive and exceptional customer experiences that support commercial goals. Manage HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify opportunities and take action
- Ensure store visual standards are met in partnership with visual merchandising
- Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve sales objectives
- Lead recruitment and build a talent pipeline
- Schedule staff to align with peak hours and manage payroll submissions
- Manage day to day store operations to meet KPIs and profit and loss expectations
- Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts and comply with loss prevention audits
- Oversee processing of incoming and outbound merchandise shipments
Requirements
- 8+ years retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze KPI reports and selling trends
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Ability to operate POS and navigate Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for brand and delivering exceptional customer service
