Responsibilities
- Manage the selling environment and ensure adherence to floor assignments and service standards
- Maximize staff sales performance through coaching product knowledge and selling techniques
- Monitor individual transaction statistics and provide feedback to staff
- Support Sales Professionals in achieving goals by overseeing suggestive selling processes
- Enforce policies, procedures and operational directives consistently
- Develop plans to ensure compliance with thank you note guidelines and outreach goals
- Supervise communication content for telephone and email outreach
- Lead by example to maintain a respectful selling environment
- Model company values and maintain high aesthetic standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of selling and management experience in luxury retail
- Proven professional sales development and coaching skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and luxury presentation
- Experience reviewing sales metrics and driving performance improvements
- College degree preferred
