Summary
Responsible for overall sales performance, store operations, visual standards, inventory accuracy, and team leadership at the store. Partners with senior management to achieve sales and margin goals while creating a customer focused and professional retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and monitor sales performance of each sales associate
- Recommend business strategies to achieve sales goals and targets
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sell-through and communicate product availability and market trends
- Enforce security measures to optimize shrinkage and inventory accuracy
- Develop, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Manage operational costs and budgetary expenses
- Recruit, hire, and retain staff aligned to customer values and service expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or Business preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in retail management
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Experience in specialty retail including visual merchandising and store operations
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop teams
- Ability to build competency and learning plans for team members
