Summary
Provide operational and visual merchandising support for the SKIMS shop in shop at Roosevelt Field. Maintain organization of backstock and selling floor, ensure product availability and visual standards, and assist with events and store upkeep to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization of backstock and stockrooms
- Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and nesting tables are full and neat
- Maintain and clean fixtures and selling floor presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low styles or sizes to Skimbassador
- Run replenishment stock lists and escalate needs monthly using provided template
- Constantly refill product throughout the day
- Support department tasks such as markdowns, relocating fixtures and event setup
- Assist with maintaining visual standards in the shop in shop
- Lift and carry merchandise up to specified weights as needed
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with using various technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Experience in retail or store support preferred
