Summary
Under supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, perform material handling duties including receiving incoming repairs, quality inspection of parts, picking spare parts, maintaining inventory, packing, and shipping on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming repairs and create labels for each
- Inspect spare parts quality and report issues
- Create picking lists and allocate parts for repairs
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements
- Operate daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Use JD Edwards to track parts and correct data issues
- Process store orders and backorders within one business day
- Receive shipments and process within one business day
- Organize repairs waiting for parts and propose solutions for long delays
Requirements
- Experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving
- Ability to perform material handling and packing duties
- Familiarity with inventory systems such as JD Edwards
- Attention to detail for quality inspection and cycle counts
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with stores and support teams
- Ability to work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- Reliable time management to process orders within 24 hours
