Summary
Under supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, perform material handling and inventory duties including receiving, quality inspection of repairs, picking spare parts, packing, and shipping while maintaining organized warehouse processes and timely order processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming repairs and create labels for each
- Inspect spare parts quality and report quality issues
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours
- Receive shipments and process within 24 hours
- Operate daily cycle counts and report stock discrepancies
- Create stock movements and locations for new spare parts
- Track incorrect or missing data in JD Edwards and improve system accuracy
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding spare parts issues
Requirements
- Experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving
- Ability to perform material handling and packing duties
- Familiarity with inventory systems such as JD Edwards or similar
- Strong organizational skills to maintain department order
- Attention to detail for quality inspection and record keeping
- Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Good communication skills to coordinate with stores and partners
