Join the store team as a Style Advisor delivering luxury menswear service at the Bloor St. location. The role focuses on building and developing a clientele through personal sales, holistic in-store selling, and providing tailored appointments and fittings.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a repeat clientele through personalized sales and relationship building
- Deliver holistic selling in-store and prepare for client appointments
- Promote and educate clients on the Club Harry Loyalty program
- Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store standards
- Follow up with clients on alterations fittings and dedicated appointments
- Use provided resources to drive new business and add-on sales
- Collaborate effectively as part of the store team
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience in menswear departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear tailored clothing or made-to-measure preferred
- Demonstrated interest in fashion menswear and luxury retail
- Ability to use technology to support customer service functions
- Willingness to participate in training and apply acquired skills
- Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service
