Responsibilities

• Help customers select pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Use in-store and digital interactions to share curated looks and keep customers engaged.
• Grow sales through outreach and appointment setting.
• Follow up with customers, share new arrivals, invite them to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, with the ability to advise customers on pieces that complete their looks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in building a personal business through appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
