Summary

Perform high-quality alterations and tailoring on garments to uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional client service. Work collaboratively with sales staff to support fittings and ensure accurate workflow and garment care. Maintain attention to detail and craftsmanship in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Alter and tailor garments to meet quality control expectations
• Ensure accuracy in garment markings following company practice
• Build rapport with clients and identify alteration needs during fittings
• Partner with sales professionals to provide exceptional service during fittings
• Contribute to team productivity and promote teamwork
• Execute and meet personal productivity objectives
• Handle and maintain garments with care and respect
• Enter information accurately into alterations tracker and workflow systems
• Communicate product and customer feedback to managers

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Experience mentoring or training others in a technical capacity preferred
• Experience in luxury tailoring preferred
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock areas and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to operate tailoring machinery and perform prolonged standing and sitting
