Summary
The Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts for the Landmark 5th Avenue store, partnering with store leadership to source and hire non-management client advisors and other retail roles. This role acts as an embedded talent expert within the store and the New York luxury retail community, driving candidate experience and recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume non-management retail roles.
- Build and maintain a strong luxury retail talent network in New York.
- Represent the brand at sourcing calls, networking events, and industry collaborations.
- Partner with General Manager, HR Director, and Operations on hiring needs and market insights.
- Engage candidates through proactive outreach including meetings and events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Track and meet staffing metrics such as time-to-fill and new hire effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive talent acquisition experience within luxury retail.
- Proven ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
- Strong network within the New York luxury retail market.
- Confident and polished stakeholder and candidate relationship skills.
- Experience managing volume retail recruitment while upholding brand standards.
- Creative and proactive sourcing and engagement skills.
- Collaborative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
