Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving store sales and client experience in a luxury retail environment at the Houston Galleria location.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Director and Team Managers in developing team strategies and daily operations
  • Coach and mentor client advisors to improve performance and service
  • Drive sales by identifying client needs and recommending products
  • Manage selling activities and on-floor client engagement
  • Support business development and client relationship management
  • Help implement initiatives to enhance client experience and brand positioning
  • Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail across multiple categories
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coach and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with focus on driving business results
  • Knowledge of market trends and product expertise
