Summary
Lead and inspire a retail team on the selling floor to deliver luxury service and achieve store business and category goals. Act as a brand ambassador, coach and develop team members, drive clienteling and sales performance, and ensure operational excellence in a flagship retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Drive clienteling activities and capture client data to grow loyalty and sales.
- Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to meet sales and category targets.
- Support and lead local events and product launches to ensure client attendance and results.
- Manage scheduling, delegation of tasks, and store coverage as Manager on Duty.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Operations and Loss Prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock organization and inventory monitoring.
- Conduct performance and development conversations and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
- Support store opening closing procedures and execute transactional and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong client relationship and clienteling skills with ability to drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal written communication and organizational skills.
- High degree of ethics professionalism integrity and ability to influence a team.
- Industry awareness business acumen and passion for fashion.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
