Summary
The Team Manager will lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shop floor to deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve sales and category goals, and develop team talent while representing the brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Client Advisors on the shop floor, providing real time feedback and development.
- Support opening and closing as Manager on Duty and lead store briefings and daily objectives.
- Drive cross category selling and ensure team sells across all floors and product categories.
- Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans to improve results.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and monitoring team adherence to policies and procedures.
- Execute clienteling activities, activate and grow client base using consumer management tools.
- Manage customer flow, resolve customer issues, and role model the selling ceremony.
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising and Visual teams to optimize product performance and merchandising.
- Maintain operational standards including scheduling, stock organization, and consignment program management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, identify trends, and act on business needs.
- Proven ability to drive exceptional customer experiences and measurable results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Industry awareness, business acumen, and passion for fashion.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with professional integrity.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
