Team Manager - King Of Prussia

Summary

Support the Director in leading and developing sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and deliver an elevated in-store client experience. Act as the store lead in the Directors absence, providing operational oversight, coaching, and a visible management presence on the sales floor. Focus on driving sales, client development, and service excellence while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support the sales and operations team to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide leadership and management presence on the sales floor; act as store lead when the Director is not present.
• Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships to grow sales.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain talent, delivering feedback and performance management.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences and act on NPS and client feedback.
• Ensure operational excellence including back-of-house efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and to perform varied roles on the sales floor and in operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree.
