Summary

The Team Manager leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and business performance. This role partners with the Store Manager to own team development, client relationships, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to achieve business goals
• Develop and coach individuals through tailored training and development plans
• Drive client development and maintain strong client relationships
• Implement action plans to boost sales and product performance
• Oversee selling and floor management to ensure high service standards
• Manage visual merchandising to optimize product presentation
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with procedures
