Team Manager

Summary

Lead and develop a high performing retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives within a luxury store environment. Serve as a role model supporting the Store Director in people development, operational excellence, and fostering a results driven client focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and coach store team members to reach performance goals
• Collaborate with the Store Director on ownership of business and team performance
• Develop and deliver tailored training and action plans to boost sales and product performance
• Drive client development and cultivate lasting client relationships
• Manage selling and supervise floor operations
• Implement visual merchandising and clienteling activities
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience in retail or luxury retail
• Commercially minded with understanding of luxury and local market
• Strong coaching and development skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
• Agile approach and capacity to thrive in dynamic evolving settings
• Experience with visual merchandising and clienteling preferred
