Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the luxury client experience. The role provides leadership on the sales floor, oversees store operations in the Director's absence and coaches team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client centric service
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to meet sales goals
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve store KPIs and product category targets
- Act on NPS and client feedback to improve customer service
- Attract hire and retain top talent while providing ongoing training and feedback
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Manage back of house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and POS systems
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Capacity to work in various roles including sales floor and operations
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College degree preferred
