Watch Ambassador

Summary

The Watch Ambassador will develop and drive the store’s watch business in the Miami Design District, delivering exceptional client service and storytelling to grow sales and client loyalty while supporting broader brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets for watches.
• Identify and develop new watch clients to grow the category.
• Create and implement action plans to maximize category performance.
• Drive overall store performance by selling across the brand.
• Coach and mentor team members in watch selling techniques.
• Develop and maintain team knowledge of watch products and industry information.
• Deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise in every client interaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving results within a luxury retail team.
• Exceptional knowledge of the luxury watch category and industry.
• Hands-on experience developing and retaining clients.
