Weekend Sales Associate serving men's clothing clients by delivering personalized styling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining an attractive and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients on the sales floor and within the department.
- Engage customers to build authentic connections and provide personalized styling advice.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop customer loyalty.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Promote store services and process transactions using point of sale.
- Assist across store areas including fitting rooms and stockroom tasks.
- Maintain selling floor presentation, process new receipts, and handle returns.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and audit compliance are met.
- Collaborate with store team to meet goals and support a positive environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer trends.
- Proven ability to create meaningful customer connections and drive sales.
- Comfortable standing and maneuvering around sales floor and stockroom; ability to lift up to 30lb.
- Experience with point of sale systems and basic technology proficiency.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality mindset and customer focused experience preferred.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
