Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the customer experience.
- Engage customers to build authentic connections and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships and drive loyalty.
- Promote and handle store services and transactions, including point of sale operations.
- Assist across store areas such as sales floor and fitting rooms and maintain presentation standards.
- Support operational tasks including stocking, processing new receipts, cleaning fitting rooms, and returning merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with audit and merchandise protection standards and store policies.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain professionalism, follow schedules, and adapt to flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Experience creating meaningful customer connections and delivering hospitality minded service.
- Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Sales associate or customer focused experience preferred and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point of sale system.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays.
- Demonstrated initiative effective communication and results driven mindset.
