Summary
Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, styling, and exceptional customer service both in-store and digitally. The role uses digital tools and omnichannel inventory to meet sales and conversion goals and reports to the Sales Manager. This position is onsite at the specified store location and focuses on personalized luxury service.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
- Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for sales and fulfillment
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize outreach and business planning to increase individual productivity
- Create a collaborative and positive work environment
- Serve clients both in-person and remotely using store technology
- Participate in store initiatives and team selling activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
- Commission sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
- Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at the Fort Worth store and travel between channels as needed
