Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor and backroom areas to prevent theft and loss
• Conduct regular inventory and merchandise audits
• Investigate and document incidents of loss or suspicious activity
• Collaborate with store management on safety and security protocols
• Assist with training staff on loss prevention awareness
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations as required
• Maintain accurate reports and records of security observations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and patrol the sales floor for extended periods
• Reliable and able to follow protocols and procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
