Assistant Boutique Manager - Forum Las Vegas

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels Forum Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in elevating client experiences and nurturing client relationships. You will assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing the boutique, focusing on developing sales, growing the sales team, and maintaining a high quality of service.

• Assist the Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of operations, including policy & procedures and corporate directives.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador, networking within the community.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and maintaining proper floor coverage by optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock-level, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and help the team nurture and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales.

• 4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong selling/closing skills and computer proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is a must.
