Assistant Boutique Manager - Short Hills

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels in Short Hills, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships. You will assist the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, developing sales, and ensuring a high quality of service, while embodying the values of the Maison.

• Assist the Boutique Director in guiding the team in operations, policy, and corporate directives.
• Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, networking within the community.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong selling and closing skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is a must.
