• 10-12 years of experience in a leadership position with strong communication skills.
• Strong experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing people.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury environment and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
