Summary

The Assistant Beauty Manager leads sales efforts using directive selling, supports the Department Manager in achieving volume and productivity goals, coaches sales staff, and ensures high standards of merchandising and customer experience in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Use directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain personal trade and customer relationships
• Assist Department Manager in developing and executing a business plan
• Coach sales associates to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Act as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Support accurate inventory management
