Assistant Store Director

Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, profit, margin, and operating budget performance.
• Set sales goals, supervise and develop associates, and recruit for current and future positions.
• Coach staff to provide exceptional service and build customer loyalty.
• Partner with buyers and planners on merchandise opportunities and execute visual presentation initiatives.
• Implement loss prevention procedures and strategies to achieve shrinkage goals.
• Support promotional strategies and programs that advance sales and profit objectives.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Ability to build and maintain an environment aligned with a sophisticated lifestyle brand.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
