Assistant Store Director

Summary

Assistant Store Director responsible for leading the department manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and ensuring qualitative targets. Acts as training ambassador and supports the Store Director in floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service and operational functions. Focuses on staff development through coaching and targeted goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Department Manager and sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
• Oversee floor coverage and ensure high standard of customer service
• Support visual merchandising and in store presentation
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs
• Define targeted goals and ensure achievement
• Provide coaching and professional training for staff
• Assist Store Director with operational store functions
• Build local and international networks to promote customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful managerial retail experience
• Strong time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
• Ability to coach and develop retail teams
• Experience meeting sales targets and KPIs
