Assistant Store Leader - SoHo

As an Assistant Store Leader at KREWE's SoHo location, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing community engagement to boost brand awareness and drive store traffic. You will be an integral part of the store leadership team, focusing on creating a unique and engaging customer experience.

• Lead local community engagement efforts to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and execute in-store and offsite events.
• Manage and train a team of sales specialists, ensuring they are knowledgeable about frames, optical products, and events.
• Maintain visual brand standards and ensure compliance with food safety standards in the back of house.
• Support the leadership team in enhancing the in-person sales experience.
• Work with retail partners to exceed sales quotas.
• Set and strive to achieve daily team goals.
• Assist with inventory management and act as a style advisor to customers.

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales and management.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends and local market partners.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and interest in eyewear.
• Knowledge of natural wine is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and strong work ethic.
